day 5

this is the real test..can I have a weekend without overeating but still have a good time and not feel you are denying yourself? well first of all i have been to spin this morning even though i really didnt feel like it. felt great afterwards though. gonna give a go to crossfit three times a week for the month of october..so we'll see how that goes and how much vomiting is produced!
